Andrew Goldfarb Bio

Andrew Goldfarb is a Partner of BayPine, where he focuses on the firm’s healthcare investments. Mr. Goldfarb has spent most of his career in the private equity industry and brings extensive transaction experience as well as a deep understanding of digital disruption and transformation across the healthcare ecosystem. Most recently, he was a Partner of Declaration Partners, and prior to that, he held roles at JLL Partners, The Carlyle Group and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Goldfarb’s investment experience spans take-private transactions, transformative M&A, corporate carve-outs, divestitures, bolt-on acquisitions, financing transactions and exits. While at Declaration Partners, Mr. Goldfarb oversaw the development of the firm’s healthcare strategy. During his tenure at JLL, he worked across a variety of sectors including healthcare, financial services, building products and business services. Mr. Goldfarb has significant healthcare board experience and currently serves on the boards of QualDerm Partners and ConcertAI. Mr. Goldfarb holds a BA and an MS from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a CFA Charterholder.
