As a Vice President at Bay Grove, Ms. Shay assists with the firm’s investment activities and portfolio company operations and strategy. Prior to Bay Grove, Ms. Shay worked at McKinsey & Company. While at McKinsey, Ms. Shay focused on international expansion strategies for global enterprises in the consumer, retail and agriculture sectors and organizational change efforts for private equity-owned businesses. Ms. Shay holds a Bachelors of Finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
