As a Vice President of Bay Grove, Ms. Shen is active in the firm’s investment activities and portfolio company oversight. Prior to Bay Grove, Ms. Shen worked at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (“KKR”) in its Energy & Infrastructure private equity group. While at KKR, Ms. Shen executed power and midstream-related transactions and evaluated deals in the energy and communications industries. Ms. Shen started her career with Morgan Stanley in its New York investment banking division covering consumer retail companies. Ms. Shen graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
