Bio

Trase Travers joined Battle Investment Group in 2017. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ARCTOS, a provider of solutions – including research and development, technical services, and products (software tools, advanced materials/additive manufacturing, and similar products) – to aerospace, defense, and intelligence customers (www.arctos-us.com). Prior to joining Battle Investment Group, Trase served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Millennium Engineering & Integration Company (“ME&I,” www.meicompany.com) where he led revenue growth from $39 million to $142 million in seven years during a period of economic recession and Department of Defense budget cuts. Before joining ME&I, Trase was Vice President and General Manager of a division of SRS Technologies, which division he grew from $5 million to $65 million in annual revenue prior to the company’s acquisition by Mantech International Corporation. During his career, Trase has led businesses, divisions, programs, and contracts that have been awarded substantial peer and customer recognition, including (i) the Small Business Administration’s Region 4 Small Business of the Year, (ii) Kennedy Space Center’s Small Business of the Year, (iii) NASA’s George M. Low award finalist, (iv) SmartCEO magazine’s Future 50 award, and (v) firewall “Excellent” performance rating for all contracts personally managed. Trase earned a BS degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida (structural and environmental track) and an MS degree in civil engineering from the University of Central Florida (structures and foundations).
