Jason Hodge joined Battle Investment Group in 2016. He is responsible for providing proactive talent acquisition and human capital management strategies to the Firm, its portfolio companies, and its strategic partners. Jason is also the President of SCI Operations, a provider of operational support services to enterprises and executives in the North American defense, government, and industrial marketplaces. SCI Operations’ focus areas include talent acquisition, workforce development / team building, career enhancement / leadership training, and executive transition, with a particular competence and focus on those transitioning from military to civilian work. Prior to joining Battle Investment Group, Jason was founder and President of Radar Healthcare Providers, a staffing and human capital management firm that works with scientific, medical, and other high-skilled personnel throughout the United States, with a primary focus on the Southeastern region. In August of 2016, Radar was sold to a private equity firm. During its last year with Jason serving as President, the company achieved over 500 contractor and direct hire placements while servicing nearly 100 clients. Jason holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Georgia and resides in Athens, Georgia with his wife Allison and children Elizabeth and Weston.
