David joined Battle Investment Group in 2017. He supports the firm’s new investment sourcing, evaluation, and execution activities and the growth, expansion, and success of the firm’s current investments. Before joining Battle Investment Group, David practiced corporate law at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, representing clients such as publicly-traded and privately-held businesses and financial sponsors in a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, commercial transactions, equity and debt capital raising activities, and other general corporate matters. David also served 7 years in the United States Marine Corps Reserves as a logistics officer. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University and a JD, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law.
