Bio

Max is a principal focused on late-stage software, industrial technology, and life science tools investments including growth equity deals, buyouts, carve-outs and take-privates. Currently, he is involved with Battery’s investments in Proemion, LI-COR and VertiGIS. Max was also previously involved with CAMBRIO (acquired by Sandvik AB). Max joined Battery in 2014 as an analyst after graduating summa cum laude from Northeastern’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business with a BS degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance.
