David joined Basalt in 2011 and is located in the New York office. David advises on the origination, execution, and asset management of investments for the Firm, with a particular focus on the North American market. David is currently a director of Texas Microgrid, DB Energy Assets, Detroit Thermal and has 17 years of experience in infrastructure investment and advisory services. Previously, David worked as a management consultant at Parsons Brinckerhoff, where he advised financial and strategic investors on transactions in the transport and water sectors. David holds a BA from Connecticut College and an MCP from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a focus on Applied Economics. David is a fluent speaker of Mandarin.
