Bio

Tadashi Maruoka is a Partner in the BPEA EQT team. Tadashi worked for BPEA from 2006 until 2022, when the company joined forces with EQT and was renamed BPEA EQT. Prior to joining BPEA, Tadashi spent thirteen years at Nomura Securities in Tokyo, where he focused on a broad range of financial advisory assignments. He was also seconded to work in the New York offices of Nomura’s joint venture partner Wasserstein Perella. Prior to that, Tadashi worked for Morgan Stanley Japan in the investment banking group. Tadashi graduated from Sophia University in Tokyo.
