Shuting You is a Managing Director in the BPEA EQT team. Shuting worked for BPEA from 2012 until 2022, when the company joined forces with EQT and was renamed BPEA EQT. Prior to joining BPEA, Shuting was a Summer Intern at BPEA in 2011, and previously was an Associate with J.P. Morgan Investment Banking, having worked in their New York and Hong Kong offices. Shutting holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College.
