Kelvin Hew is a Managing Director, Operations in the BPEA EQT team. Kelvin worked for BPEA from 2015 until 2022, when the company joined forces with EQT and was renamed BPEA EQT. Prior to joining BPEA, Kelvin was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company where he spent 5 years serving public, private and social sector clients throughout Asia. Prior to that, Kelvin’s experience has been in the US automotive and manufacturing industries where he held line roles in procurement, supply chain and logistics.
