Bio

Ege joined BaltCap as a CEO in 2024 from the business and credit information industry, where she has been working in the role of CEO for the last 7 years. Ege brings more than 20 years of experience from the financial industry, having previously held managerial positions at numerous Nordic and Baltic financial institutions such as Swedbank, Swedbank Investment Funds, Nordea Bank, and Trigon Capital. Throughout her career, Ege has strongly contributed to the development of local financial market as an active member of relevant industry organisations (Finance Estonia, Estonian Fund Managers Association) and a cooperation partner to public financial institutions (Ministry of Finance, Finantsinspektsioon). She holds an MBA from the University of Tartu.
