David Shainberg is a Vice President at Balmoral Funds. Mr. Shainberg joined Balmoral in 2012 and is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, performing various aspects of due diligence, arranging debt financing, and structuring and closing acquisitions. Prior to joining Balmoral, Mr. Shainberg worked in New York City in private equity at Brookfield Asset Management and investment banking at JP Morgan.
