Bio

Michael is a Partner with Baird Capital. Based in London, he focuses on sourcing investment opportunities, deal execution, and portfolio management in the Technology & Services sectors. Michael has spent time working across Baird Capital’s London and Chicago offices and has completed transactions in the U.K., EU, U.S. and Asia. Michael has a First Class Masters in chemistry and is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining Baird Capital, Michael spent two years working in the pharmaceutical sector, including time with GSK. Michael then moved into M&A, spending five years working in financial due diligence and corporate finance before joining Baird Capital. Michael has significant experience of leading both buyout and growth capital investments. Michael currently sits on the boards of Blue Matter, Freemarket and JMAN. Previous investments include Crisp, Hopebridge, Prescient and Vega.
