Bio

Mr. Takei is a Partner on the Bain Capital Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Yuji was COO and head of investment Division at Japan Industrial Solutions where he led many investments and post-acquisition processes in various industries in Japan. Previously, he was a senior partner at Advantage Partners where he led management and leveraged buyout deals, and he spent several years as a partner at A.T. Kearney and a manager at McKinsey on developing growth strategies, operational improvement, and M&A/alliance execution in industrial goods, consumer goods, retail and financial industries. Mr. Takei received an MBA from Harvard Business School. He received a BA in Law from University in Tokyo.
