Bio

Mr. Kojima joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2018. He is a Principal and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr.Kojima was a consultant at Bain & Company in Tokyo and Sydney office where he worked on turnaround strategy, M&A strategy and due diligence projects in retail, consumer goods and TMT industry. Mr. Kojima received an MBA from INSEAD and a BE from the University of Tokyo.
