Bio

Mr. Thomas joined Bain Capital in 2007. He is a Partner in the Industrial Vertical and a member of the North American Private Equity team. Mr. Thomas focuses on investments in the industrial products, chemicals, automotive and services sectors. He has also played lead roles in North American Private Equity recruiting, training and firm building initiatives. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Thomas was a Manager at Bain & Company where he consulted for the media, telecom, consumer, financial services, and private equity industries. Mr. Thomas received an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated cum laude with an AB in Economics from Princeton University.
