Bio

Mr. Kelly joined Bain Capital Luxembourg in July 2022 as Head of the Luxembourg office. He is responsible for all the Bain Luxembourg operations and serves as a Conducting Officer and Board Manager. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Kelly was the Managing Director of StepStone Group in Luxembourg, overseeing the operations of private equity, private debt and real estate assets classes. Prior to StepStone Mr. Kelly was working in Wellington Luxembourg holding senior operational and governance roles for their non US liquid funds. Sean also held other senior roles in fund administration in Dublin and Luxembourg. Mr. Kelly has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Trinity College in Dublin and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
