Bio

Mr. Ruini joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is an Executive Vice President in the Portfolio Group and a member of the European Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Ruini was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group where he led transformations across industries, focusing on corporate strategy, operating model design, M&A and post-merger integration mainly for Private Equity clients. Mr. Ruini received an MBA with Dean's honors and distinction from Columbia Business School, where he was a Kopf Fellow. He graduated summa cum laude with a MSc in Industrial Management Engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
