Bio

Mr. Siefke joined Bain Capital in 2001 and is based in Munich. He is a Partner in the Industrial and Healthcare Verticals and Co-Head of the European Private Equity team. He is also responsible for Bain Capital’s activities in other German-speaking regions. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Siefke worked for The Carlyle Group in Germany. Previously, he worked as an assistant lecturer at Westfaelische-Wilhelms-University specializing in accounting, auditing and finance. Mr. Siefke holds a summa cum laude PhD from Westfaelische-Wilhelms-University, where he also received an MBA.
