Ms. McCaslin joined Bain Capital in 2006. She is a Partner and Head of the North American Private Equity Portfolio Group. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. McCaslin came from Capital One Financial, where she was a Vice President, M&A and Corporate Development. Prior to Capital One, Ms. McCaslin was a Principal at Mercer Management Consulting, where she advised companies across a variety of industries. In addition, she started her career at Accenture, focusing primarily on business process redesign and financial systems development. Ms. McCaslin received an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS from Wake Forest University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
