Mr. Obama joined Bain Capital in 2017. He is a Principal in the Tokyo office and is a member of the Asian Pacific Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Obama worked at Goldman Sachs in the Tokyo office on M&A and finance engagements for corporate clients and financial investors across a range of industries. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he worked as an investment banker at Mizuho Securities in Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Obama received a BA in Economics from Keio University in Tokyo.
