Bio

Mr. Sherwin joined Bain Capital in 2019. He is a Senior Vice President and a member of the North American Private Equity team. Mr. Sherwin is currently responsible for driving cost management and reduction in our portfolio companies. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Sherwin was a Finance Director for Kraft Heinz Australia and New Zealand. He was previously the Head of Zero-Based Budgeting for Kraft Heinz, where he was responsible for identifying and delivering cost savings across the organization. Mr. Sherwin received his BA from Harvard University.
