Ms. Hammond joined Bain Capital in 2014. She is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group and is a member of the North American Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Hammond was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group in New York, where she was a senior member of BCG’s Consumer and Healthcare practice areas, specializing in marketing & sales and growth strategy. Ms. Hammond received an MBA from Harvard Business School. She graduated cum laude with an AB in Chemistry & Chemical Biology from Harvard College.
