Bio

Ms. Mollard joined Bain Capital in 2016. She is a Managing Director in the Consumer, Retail & Restaurant Vertical and is a member of the North American Private Equity team, as well as a member of the recruiting team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, she worked at the Boston Consulting Group advising clients in the retail and media industries, with focus on large-scale transformation and client enablement. Ms. Mollard received an MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar. She graduated with a BCom in Finance and a BArts in History from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
