Bio

Mr. Charnoff joined Bain Capital in 2015. He is a Principal in the Industrials Vertical and a member of the North American Private Equity Team. Mr. Charnoff focuses on investments in the industrial technology, capital goods, and aerospace sectors. He also serves as a contributor to the firm’s Global Training program and a member of the recruiting team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Charnoff was a management consultant at Bain & Company. Mr. Charnoff received an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a BA in International Relations.
