Bio

Mr. Motley joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2010. He is a Managing Director in the Technology, Media & Telecom Vertical and is a member of the North American Private Equity team. He focuses on investments in the infrastructure software, financial technology, and cybersecurity sectors. Mr. Motley began his career as an analyst at Bain Capital and was previously a member of the Healthcare and Consumer Retail verticals. He has also serves as a member of the recruiting and training teams. Mr. Motley received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and a Henry Ford II Scholar. He graduated magna cum laude with an AB in economics from Harvard College.
