Bio

Mr. Kastner joined Bain Capital in 2018. He is a Managing Director in the Portfolio Group and a member of the North American Private Equity team. Mr. Kastner focuses on operating excellence from strategy deployment through manufacturing excellence in our portfolio companies. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Kastner spent 3 years at Masco, and 19 years at the Danaher Corporation where he served and drove results in numerous operating roles in both Manufacturing and Commercial leadership. Mr. Kastner received a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an Executive MBA from Cleveland State.
