Ms. Tichoux joined Bain Capital in 2019. She is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group and a member of the European Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Tichoux was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group where her work focused on corporate strategy, M&A and post-merger integrations across industries, including consumer and TMT. Ms. Tichoux received a B.A. in Social Studies from Harvard University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
