Bio

Sinead is an Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and joined B.P. Marsh in 2009, becoming appointed as Group Company Secretary in June 2011. Sinead attends all Board and Committee meetings and works closely with the Chairman and the Board in matters of governance and to oversee the effective functioning and leadership of the Company, as well as ensuring compliance with the stock market regulations. Sinead is a member of the New Business Committee and is responsible for negotiating and finalising the legal aspects of new investments and any follow-on funding, and eventually, the exit process.
