Bio

Gaylord Bodet is a principal and founder of BIG and has spent most of his career working with companies to help them become more efficient by developing processes and implementing systems. Gaylord began his career in the Iden Subscriber Division at Motorola Inc., where he held various roles within the Accounting and Finance teams. After Motorola, Gaylord become the Controller for Seven Seas Communications, a start-up satellite communications provider. As the Controller for Seven Seas, Gaylord implemented systems, developed policies and assisted with the strategic planning of that company. Seven Seas grew into the largest provider within its market segment at which time Gaylord assisted in the sale of the company to Stratos Global Networks. Thereafter, he served as the Vice President and CFO of TM Window & Door, a manufacturer of impact resistant windows and doors. As the Vice President and CFO of TM he optimized inventory turns, initiated a plant redesign, which improved throughput, developed financial models, and reduced administrative cost. Gaylord received a BA in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
