Mr. Davidson joined B-29 Investments, LP (“B-29”) in 2014. Mr. Davidson’s primary responsibilities include evaluating new investment opportunities, supporting portfolio company management teams and maintaining banking and financial sponsor relationships. Currently, Mr. Davidson serves on the board of CP Energy Holdings, LLC, a provider of crude oil and condensate gathering, marketing, logistics and transportation services with operations in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Kansas. Mr. Davidson formerly held interim management positions at CP Energy Holdings, LLC and Bell Supply Company, LLC, most recently as President at Bell Supply Company, LLC. Before joining B-29, Mr. Davidson spent three years with Duff & Phelps’ Energy Investment Banking Group where he provided merger and acquisition, private placement, and bankruptcy advisory for middle market oil and gas firms. Mr. Davidson received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and B.B.A. in Finance and minor in Economics from Texas A&M University.
