Bio

Mr. Leggett joined B-29 Investments, LP (“B-29”) in 2013. Mr. Leggett’s primary responsibilities include supporting portfolio companies by taking senior management roles and originating and evaluating new investment opportunities. Currently, Mr. Leggett serves as the President and COO and a member of the Board of Directors for Endurance Lift Holdings, LLC (“ELH”), which is the parent company of Endurance Lift Solutions, Bell Supply Company, and CDI Oilfield Services. In this capacity, Mr. Leggett is responsible for the operational performance of ELH and its subsidiaries. Mr. Leggett formerly held the position of Chief Financial Officer at ELH from 2017 to 2019 where he oversaw all financial and accounting responsibilities of ELH and its operating subsidiaries. Prior to ELH, Mr. Leggett held the position of Chief Financial Officer at CP Energy Holdings, LLC (“CP Energy”) from 2015 to 2016. CP Energy is a crude oil gathering, marketing, logistics and transportation company with operations in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Colorado. Before joining B-29, Mr. Leggett worked at First Reserve Corporation, an energy-focused private equity firm where he focused primarily on companies in the oilfield services space. Mr. Leggett also worked as a business analyst for Select Energy Services, a B-29 portfolio company, and as an analyst in the Energy Group in the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup. Mr. Leggett received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and B.A. in economics from Duke University.
