Anthony joined the Azzur Group as CEO & Managing Director in 2017, after having previously served as President & GM for Medical Solutions in Ansell Healthcare from 2011 to 2017. Tony's experience spans over 30 years in executive leadership positions including SVP & GM for Carefusion Respiratory Systems, Vice President for International Market Development at DePuy, Johnson & Johnson, and Marketing Director and Business Unit Manager at ETHICON, Johnson & Johnson. He began his professional career as a military officer and served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force. Tony currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of PROSPANICA (Formerly the National Society of Hispanic MBAs), and is on the Board of Directors of Touchland, a company focused on the hand hygiene segment. He is the author of The Legacy Leader Series of Books, and is a sought-after speaker and expert on leadership and management topics. Tony is the recipient of numerous military and corporate awards including: The Meritorious Service Medal, the AF Commendation Medal, the AF Achievement Medal, the Air Defense Service Medal, the J&J Standards of Leadership Award, The J&J Achievement Award, the 2006 DePuy President’s Award, and the J&J Burke Award for Marketing Excellence. He is also a two-time winner of the Telly, a prestigious industry award. Tony enjoys reading, writing, and physically challenging sports. He is married with two daughters, and one granddaughter.
