After an experience in the audit and advisory of the Big Four, he assumed managerial roles in various multinational companies such as Barilla, Jones Lang LaSalle and Seci Energia as Head of Corporate Finance and Chief Financial Officer. He originated and managed transactions (M&A) in real estate for approximately 1 billion Euros and in the renewables/infrastructure sector for approximately 3 billion Euros, also through the use of structured finance instruments and Capital Markets (Project Finance with DFIs and commercial banks, securitization, private placement, IPO and HY Bond) in Europe, MENA, LATAM, US and Far East
