Bio

David is an entrepreneurial CFO. Over his career he has completed over sixty M&A acquisitions and five distinct exits — representing over $500 million in equity value. He completed a private equity exit that created the largest motorcycle retailer in the world, and grew an eCommerce company 20 times in just 5 years. He has been in CFO, interim CFO, and fractional CFO roles across various industries and companies over his 20 year career, with focuses at the intersection of retail, professional services, healthcare, and technology. David completed his undergraduate degree at Drexel University, his MBA at Villanova University and is a certified management accountant. He lives in New Jersey with his wife (Megan) two boys (Wyatt and Finnegan), and his English Bulldog (Millie).
