Charlie joined Avesi’s Richmond office in 2021 after 10 years of experience in private equity and M&A. Prior to joining Avesi, Charlie was a Vice President at Harren Equity Partners and an Associate at Ridgemont Equity Partners, where he focused on investments in healthcare and business services. Charlie began his career at Harris Williams. Charlie earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration and American History from Washington and Lee University.
