Richard began his career in Aerospace Engineering at Rolls-Royce plc before moving to LEK Consulting. Over 7 years with Apax Partners as a Principal in the Leveraged Transactions Group in London and Milan where he worked with Stephen. More than 9 years as a Senior Partner at Exponent Private Equity across Fund I & Fund II where he led a number of deals and was a member of the Investment Committee. 2 years Partner at Compass Partners International; portfolio transaction, €100m NAV in 2018. Growth investor at 24 Haymarket since 2015 including Investor Director at RPD International where he worked with Pierre-Edouard for the past 4 years. Richard’s previous board positions include Azimut, Trainline, V.ships and Pattonair. Holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Science from the University of Bristol.
