Natansh Mathur is a Managing Director at Avance Investment Management. Prior to Avance, he was a Partner in BCG’s Private Equity Ringfence group where he led close to a hundred strategy diligences across a wide range of industries. At BCG, he also led growth strategy work for PE owned portfolio companies. Prior to BCG, he worked at McKinsey & Company where he drove operational transformations across multiple industries. He started his career as an engineer with Shell Oil. Natansh earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and daughter.
