Brian Dora is a Vice President with Auxo Investment Partners. Mr. Dora has over 10 years of professional experience, including private equity, investment banking and consulting. Mr. Dora’s primary responsibilities include sourcing of investment opportunities, deal execution, due diligence, financing, and portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining Auxo, Mr. Dora was a Vice President with JZ Partners, a middle market private equity firm with more than $1 billion of assets under management. As a member of JZ Partners’ investment team, Mr. Dora worked on over 50 investment opportunities across multiple industries, including manufacturing, business & industrial services, life science services, water filtration, home appliance, infrastructure, outdoor consumer products, healthcare revenue cycle management, food & beverage processing and flexible packaging, among others. Prior to joining JZ Partners, Mr. Dora was an Associate with Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, an investment bank serving middle market companies across a variety of industries. While at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, Mr. Dora advised private business owners and private equity groups on sell-side and buy-side mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, private capital raises, financial restructurings, and other strategic corporate finance needs. Prior to joining Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, Mr. Dora was a Director and Senior Consultant with FTI Consulting in its Corporate Finance & Restructuring group, which provides turnaround and restructuring, business transformation, interim management, valuation and financial advisory, and mergers and acquisitions integration services to Fortune 1000 clients. While at FTI Consulting, Mr. Dora worked on some of the largest bankruptcies and restructurings in US history. Mr. Dora holds a B.B.A. with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Strategy from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
