Juan Ricardo Noero is a Managing Director at Augment Infrastructure with 30 years experience in infrastructure project structuring and management. Between 2010 and 2022, he was CEO of Puerto Bahía S.A., a large-scale port terminal in Colombia for which he led planning, design, financing, construction and operations. Juan Ricardo also served as Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of Colombia between 2002 and 2006 where he was responsible for the structuring of over US3 billion in infrastructure projects across the country. Juan Ricardo has an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a BSc from Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá.
