Bio

Rebecca is a Managing Director of Talent Management & Development for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2023, Rebecca was a Managing Director, Talent Management & Development at Wellington Management Company, leading the build out of the firm’s development programs and talent management processes. Rebecca previously served as the Head of Learning & Development at Capital One; founded Traverse Executive Coaching; and began her career at Arthur Andersen, where she served as a Senior Consultant. Rebecca received a B.A. First Class, from Newcastle University, a Master’s Degree in Humanistic Psychotherapy from the University of Derby, and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from Leeds University.
