Bio

Janesha is a Vice President for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2023, Janesha worked for L Catterton. She previously spent time at Berkshire Partners and began her career at Bain & Company. Janesha received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, an MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and a BS from Caltech.
