Shally is a Vice President at Audax Private Debt, and a member of our unitranche and junior debt investment teams. Prior to joining Audax in 2020, Shally was an Associate at Oaktree Capital Management. She also previously worked as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Leveraged Finance Group. Shally received a BS in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
