For Verena Ganter, strengthening individual strengths and applying them in most suitable working environments are at the core and center of recruiting and professional development at AUCTUS. Before she joined AUCTUS as Chief People Officer, Verena Ganter was responsible for various areas of recruiting and HR development at McKinsey & Company in Cologne, Dubai and Vienna. Previously, she gained practical experience with a financial and corporate communications consultancy in London and Munich and with a non-governmental organization in the Netherlands. Verena Ganter studied International Business and European Studies at Maastricht University in the Netherlands and spent a semester abroad at Ajou University in South Korea. She also holds an LL.M. in labor law from the University of Münster. In addition, she completed a coaching apprenticeship at the Institute for Systemic Consulting (isb) in Wiesloch and specializes as a coach in the areas of professional development and communication. Verena Ganter is part of our German-speaking team based in Munich, Germany.
