Bio

Mr. McDermott joined Atlas in 2024 and is responsible for spearheading a broad range of Atlas human capital initiatives, including talent development, business transformation, compensation, benefits and talent management. He works closely with Atlas and company Leadership Teams to advance talent priorities and leverage the excellence of our colleagues. Jonathan joined Atlas after serving as a Chief Human Resources Officer for Billings Clinic, the State of Montana’s largest healthcare system. His earlier professional experience includes serving in talent development leadership roles at General Electric for more than 20 years. Jonathan received a bachelor’s degree in business management from Virginia Tech University and a master’s degree in labor and industrial relations from Michigan State University.
