Managing Director and Co-founder of Atlantis. Raffaele has invested for many years in Special Situations both directly and through specialized private equity funds. He was Partner of Stellican, a company specialized in investments in Special Situations, where he closed several deals, including the restructuring of Cantieri Riva (where he was CEO) and Vicenza Calcio. Previously, he was responsible for structuring investment deals in Italy for Wexford, a US vulture fund with US$1.2 billion under management, and worked in the Investment Banking Department of Goldman Sachs. Raffaele holds a degree in Business Administration (with honors) from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
