Paul Teske is a Co-Founder and Partner of ATL Partners. Prior to the formation of the ATL Fund, Mr. Teske was a Vice President at MidOcean focusing on investments in the Industrials sector. Prior to joining MidOcean in 2008, Mr. Teske was a member of the Industrials & Transportation group at Deutsche Bank Securities. Mr. Teske serves as a member of the Boards of Directors of Sky Aviation Leasing US LLC, Sky Aviation Leasing Ireland GP LLC and Sky Aviation Leasing US GP LLC and as a Board Observer of Pilot Air Freight Holdings LLC. Mr. Teske previously served as a Board Observer of Noranco, Inc., a Tier I/II supplier of precision machined aerospace components and assemblies owned by MidOcean. Mr. Teske also serves on the Board of Directors of Futures and Options, a non-profit organization focused on empowering New York City’s underserved youth to explore careers through career development, mentorship and paid internships. Mr. Teske received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, double majoring in Economics and Political Science.
