Bio

Frank Nash is the CEO of the ATL Fund. Prior to the formation of the ATL Fund, Mr. Nash was a Managing Director at MidOcean where he oversaw MidOcean's Industrial Services practice from 2005 to 2014. Prior to joining MidOcean, Mr. Nash ran Deutsche Bank’s investment banking platform in the Asia Pacific region from 1999 to the end of 2004. He was also a member of a five-person Executive Committee that ran all of the firm’s investment banking businesses globally. Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Mr. Nash was head of the Global Transportation and Aerospace Group at Bankers Trust/BT Alex. Brown from May 1986 to February 2000. He was part of the International Department of Bankers Trust from December 1983 to April 1986. From 1973 to 1983, Mr. Nash worked with the U.S. State Department in Washington and in Singapore negotiating financial, trade and civil aviation agreements on behalf of the U.S. Government. Mr. Nash serves as Chairman of Sky Aviation Leasing International Limited, Sky Aviation Leasing US LLC, Sky Aviation Leasing Ireland GP LLC and Sky Aviation Leasing US GP LLC and on the Board of Directors of Pilot Air Freight Holdings LLC. Mr. Nash also serves on the Boards of Directors of JF Acquisition, LLC. Previously, Mr. Nash served as a member of the Board of Directors of Hunter Fan Company and Noranco Inc., a Tier I/II supplier of precision machined aerospace components and assemblies owned by MidOcean. Mr. Nash serves on the College Cabinet of the College of Arts and Science at Vanderbilt University and the Board of Trustees of the King School in Stamford, CT. Mr. Nash has a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MA from American University.
