Bio

Stéphane joined Astorg in 2010 and is a member of the Investment Team and the Investment Committee. Prior to this, Stéphane was an Investment Director with Natixis Private Equity in Paris where he led several LBO transactions in the industrial and B2B services areas. Before that, he spent two years with the Transaction Advisory Services team of Ernst & Young, working on financial due diligence assignments on behalf of several private equity firms. Stéphane began his career as a M&A Analyst at Rothschild & Cie. Stéphane graduated from ESSEC.
